How to save the receipt?
ONLINE TRANSFER
- SAVE your payment slip in simple IMAGE file format (JPG/PDF)/ or doc file . PLEASE TAKE NOT THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT REFERENCE NUMBER OR TRANSACTION NUMBER OR FILES IN OTHER FORMATS.
- EMAIL the payment slip to us for verification asap once payment is made or else ur order will not be processed.
- Please put YOUR email address at Description of transaction: when transferring ( email address which u put in the form)
CASH DEPOSIT
- SCAN or take a photo of payment slip.
- EMAIL the payment slip to us for verification.
*Take note that, If no receipt proove given, ur order will not be delivered.
How to make payment and save receipt (USING M2U )
1. Login
2. Click at Accounts & Banking
3. Click at 'transfer'
4. Since u re using m2u, choose new 3rd party account transfer.
4. Fill in all information. See below. Click continue
5. Request for tac. Fill in the tac no. Click confirm
5. Done. After transfered. Click print receipt button.
5. U ll see a new pop up window. Like this
Ok information below is the most important thing. How to save the receipt?
Hover ur mouse at the receipt. U ll see a list of buttons. Click at floppy disk button( see below)
Save. Check back the folder where u save the receipt. U ll get the receipt in pdf format. Send the file to us. =)
OR
U can take photo of the receipt.
or
print screen the receipt.
At ur keyboard, u ll see a prtscn button / printscreen button
Paste at Paint Application.
Crop the file and save as jpeg file
Easy right? No need to print and scan the receipt to us.
If u forgot to save the receipt. u can check back at m2u history
U ll see the list of transaction u ve done before this.
just click reprint button and do as step above =)

as u can see maybank doesnt provide a secure information of who's account.
It just stated to ur maybank acc and Who's acc maybank refers to?
If u use cimb, it will provide the acc no in the notification.
Statements we always receive
1) Customer A : Please check ur balance.
There are more 1 person transfering to our acc. So the balance will keep changing.
2) Customer B :This is reference no.Please check ur acc
We also cannot accept reference no because there is no place to insert the reference no. Try ur self =) Ask ur friend to transfer and find where to put the reference no.
